Today we’re getting to know Jason Keller!

Let’s meet Paragon employee and Firm Coach, Jason Keller! 

Jason has been a part of the Paragon family for 4 years. 

Jason currently lives in Colorado with his partner, Manuel and their two cats, Steak and Pork. The cats are lovingly called Mixed Grill and are both 5 years old. Jason likes to spend his free time outdoors hiking or camping.

What is your favorite part of your job?
“Offering new solutions to old problems. I love the client interaction and the supportive work environment.”

What have you gained from working at Paragon?
“Professionalism, patience and persistence.”

What is the best piece of advice you have been given?
“You can NEVER over-communicate in this line of work.”

What skill do you think everyone should learn?
“To be proactive rather than reactive – something I still have to remind myself!”

Do you have a favorite song?
“There are too many to list! Safe bet is 60s – 80s music. My favorite genre by far is New Wave/Electronica.” 

What is your favorite dessert?
“Pistachio Almond or Homemade Vanilla Blue Bell Ice Cream – I didn’t have access to it until about a year ago and I can’t get enough!”

Do you have any secret talents?
“Gardening. I like keeping things green even outside of their comfort zones. I have palm trees in snow and they are still very alive.”
