Let’s meet Account Director, Kelli Allen!

Kelli has been part of the Paragon family for 8 years.

Kelli lives in Southern California with her husband and dog, Rylee. They enjoy traveling and hope to grow their family in the near future!

Q&A with Kelli:

What have you gained from working at Paragon?

“Paragon’s culture encourages growth – I’ve been able to do that both personally and professionally.”

What is your favorite part of the job?

“The opportunity to connect with clients and help them grow their business. Most of which, we don’t get to meet face to face, so building the trust and partnership virtually is the most unique yet satisfying.”

What skill do you think everyone should learn?

“To listen before reacting.”

What is your favorite movie?

One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest. I have a degree in Psychology, so the different elements of psychology within the film is interesting to me. Jack Nicholson is just great too!”

Do you have a favorite book?

“How do you choose just one? The Last Child by John Hart. I love a good thriller and I’ve read several of John Hart’s books, but The Last Child was the first one I read, and I couldn’t put it down. This particular book is about family and the lengths you’ll go to protect them.”

Desk Details:

“The World Map in my office was given to us by my Grandparents. They have a similar map in their guest bedroom and gifted one to us for our wedding. We place a flag in each place we travel with the year we traveled there. When I see it, it reminds me of them and all of the stories they told us of their travels. “

“I grew up a huge Tom Petty fan and went to many concerts over the years. I am not one to keep “things”, but I happened to keep the ticket of the last concert I went to in Sept 2017. Petty passed away 2 weeks after this concert, so it was the last concert I would get to see.”

“This is a black and white photo of my dog, Rylee, and one of her favorite toys – “Fred bird the redbird”. My husband and I are St. Louis Cardinals fans and we are a little superstitious that Fredbird needs to be played with on game days 😉”
