Your scheduler is here to help you achieve success and grow your business. Good communication between you and your scheduler is the best tool in strengthening your partnership. Take a moment to consider whether you’ve addressed the below info with your scheduler recently.
Be specific with us! Tell us exactly what our priority for calling should be.
Be clear with what firms/wirehouses you are willing to host breakfast or lunch for and which ones you aren’t interested in. We don’t want to waste your time or money!
When your appointments are not scheduled in the way you want or the distance between appointments is too great please let us know. We want to make your day go as smoothly and efficient as possible.
When you provide a list of advisors to specifically call, it helps if we know why you’re targeting them. Have you had contact or meetings before? Can we name drop a mutual friend/advisor?
Are we entering information in the database the way you like? Are our notes clear? Don’t hesitate to ask questions if something doesn’t make sense to you.
Are appointments being put on the calendar in a format that works for you? Are the calendar notes and meeting details clear?
Did we schedule a day that was just perfect for you? Let us know that and we can try and duplicate that success in other locations or try to plan a similar day the next time around.
Make it a priority to attend any meetings scheduled with your scheduler, even if you don’t feel there is anything new to talk about. That regular check-in is essential in keeping the lines of communication open and is an opportunity for your scheduler to ask questions that might not translate as well in an email.
Being clear and letting us know what you want, like or need is actually essential for us to be able to “get it right” for you. Our promise is to use your feedback to grow and learn, so we are the best partner we can be!
