Cheryl has been our Managing Director for 18 years.

Q&A with Cheryl:

What does Paragon mean to you?
“Paragon is my 2nd home. I have poured my love of life into the brickwork of our walls.”

What is your favorite part of your job?
“Connecting with people and helping others to balance work and home. I love our Paragon Family.”

What is the best advice you’ve received?
“To give clear and direct feedback. It is how we treat others respectfully.”

What skills do you think everyone should learn?
“To be confident in oneself and use your voice. When people voice their thoughts, it brings in many diverse opinions and greater collaboration which produces a more dynamic product or process.”

Do you have a favorite book?
“The Kite Runner – I couldn’t put it down and it was a powerful book of forgiveness and friendship.”

What are your hobbies outside of work?
“Working on our hobby farm with our horses and dog. Landscaping and home decor are my passion.”
