Trina Gardner is the President and Chief Executive Officer for Paragon Planners. She is actively engaged as a partner in the structuring and management of the company and has served in this role since founding Paragon Planners in 2002.
Over the last eight years she has proved herself as a seasoned veteran in the financial support arena and has lead Paragon Planners to consistently deliver the performance promised to Clients. She is well respected in this industry and brings integrity and strategic solutions to a new level with every client.
Trina Gardner received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business (Marketing) from Oregon State University. Trina, her husband Dan and their three children live in West Linn, Oregon. Trina enjoys traveling with her family. She also loves weekend motorcycle adventures with her husband in the stunning foothills, mountains and wine country of Oregon.
Cheryl Learfield is the Vice President and Managing Director for Paragon Planners. She spearheads strategic initiatives and new client development for the company.
As a co-founder, Cheryl's intimate experience in the Financial Support Industry over the last ten years provides her a unique skill set. She has created and continues to refine and update an incredibly effective system of scheduling. Her insight is a tremendous resource and brings added value to every client.
Cheryl, her husband Terry and their three sons live in the Willamette Valley in Canby, Oregon. She enjoys traveling and working with her horses. She has a passion for meeting new people and experiencing new opportunities.

Becky Rountree joined Paragon Planners as an Executive Assistant in September of 2009. She brings five years experience from the financial wholesaler support industry. Her attention to detail and personal client touch enables Paragon Planners to meet the growing needs of their clientele.
Becky and her husband Ryan have two kids and live in the Molalla, Oregon, where they enjoy taking their Jeep on 4 wheeling trips, heading to the beach with their family, and spending time outdoors.
